Math Team You bring the brains. We'll bring the cookies.

The Math Team at Berlin High School is a competitive academic team that is a member of the Capitol Area Math League (CAML) meaning we compete against other math teams from central and northern Connecticut. Competitions involve individual mathletes completing three 10-minute rounds to score points for the team. We practice to prep for each monthly competition, and you'll probably learn a math trick or two every time we meet!

If you like competition, solving problems, and eating cookies, drop by our first meeting on Wednesday, October 7th at 2:15pm in Room 2222 (Mr. Forman's room)! [A Zoom link for meetings will also be provided for interested remote learners.] Let us know that you are interested by filling out this Math Team Interest Form.

Random Acts of Kindness Club We will meet on Tuesday, September 29th after school in room 1509. We are in need of new members, so please consider joining us as we brainstorm ways to bring happiness to students and staff this year! If you would like to participate virtually, please email Ms. Rodrigue for a Zoom link.

DECA Meeting There will be a DECA meeting on Tuesday, September 29 at 2:15pm in Room 1204. Please see Mr. Jones or Mr. Parisi for details and a zoom link.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month Good morning everyone! Hispanic Heritage Month runs from September 15th - October 15th. With Hispanic Heritage Month underway, the Berlin High School Unity Team will participate in this national observance by providing the BHS community with an interactive bulletin board which not only highlights prominent figures in Hispanic culture but also gives spectators the opportunity to access educational films on important hispanic heritage topics. Please be sure you stop by the “Red Zone” near the main office, to check out our display.

How will you celebrate Hispanic Heritage month?
