The All Night Graduation event will be held in June at the Sub Base in Groton, CT.
All Night Graduation is a fun-filled evening that is a safe, drug free, alcohol free, and smoke free event.
Students are to arrive at Berlin High school between 7:45PM and 8:00PM on June 18th to check in and board the buses. The only entry to the event is via the bus and every grad must go through the check in process, so don't be late. No personal cars will be allowed entry to the sub base. Grads can be dropped off at the high school or drive themselves. Overnight parking will be permitted at BHS. The buses will return to BHS at approximately 6:30AM on Monday, June 19th.
Graduates attending the event are expected to stay the entire night. The ANG Committee reserves the right to determine if a graduate may leave the premises during the evening, such as for illness or emergency situation. No graduate shall be permitted to leave without a parent/guardian to pick them up and will not be allowed to re-enter due to security at the Sub Base.
The use of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is NOT allowed. This is a smoke free event (including mechanical smoking devises). All bags will be searched and all graduates will be subject to a breathalyzer test prior to entry on the buses.
Graduates will be supplied a bag for the evening from the All Night Grad committee. This is the only bag allowed at the event. Graduates must pack sneakers to participate in the Extrema Paint Ball activity. They should also bring a swimsuit for the pool and foam party (towels will be provided), change of clothing and cell phone. The ANG Committee is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Appropriate behavior is expected by all participants. The ANG Committee reserves the right to remove a graduate from the event for inappropriate behavior. If anyone violates these rules, their parent/guardian will be called to pick them up at the Sub Base.
