Congratulations to Madison Monroe and Alex Halkias on being named Berlin High School's CAS-CIAC Scholar Athletes. In addition to this honor, the two were named the class of 2019 Valedictorian and Salutatorian. Madison will attend Hamilton College, and Alex will attend Carnegie-Mellon University.
